Control System & Automation

Apphia designs and implements ICT solutions for monitoring and control data and states of processes and systems. The field of application of these processes and systems ranges from the aerospace, naval, rail, automotive to the energy and industrial sectors. Through the development of custom software solutions for the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA), the Human - Machine Interface (HMI) and Traceability, complex systems are monitored through signals acquisition from the field, informations storing in databases, data analysis and comparison with theoretical models of such systems.

In case of failure, thanks to the creation of knowledge-intensive systems for Decision Support, the Apphia solutions provide guidance on best practices for the resolution of the issues or the execution of reconfiguration controls.

Apphia owns expertise in the design and implementation of systems for estimating, management and simulation of  vessels stability as well as in the modeling of complex systems in order to perform operational simulations, optimize the design, create virtual trainers for operators.

These solutions can be integrated with SCADA systems specially designed and manufactured for the localization of people, vehicles and objects in structured environments.
